• As former Regional Product Manager, Marketing Sales Director and Marketing & Market Access Director in Singapore, Indonesia and Philippines consecutively at Boehringer Ingelheim, she managed brands valued at €20 million by liaising between Country Operating Units (Southeast and East Asia) and Global Brand teams to ensure achievement of business objectives. She was responsible for annual sales of €25 million and doubled profitability within four years with market ranking of No.9 (from No. 11). Also, she managed Prescription Medicines business with annual sales turnover of €55 million with a profitability increase of 20%.
• Currently President & Founder of Dugtong Tulong Foundation, she is utilizing her extensive experience in leadership, marketing and organizational development to improve employee engagement and productivity.
