Ruth Dichoso

• Graduate of Bachelor of Technology (Major in Food Technology) in the Sorsogon State College.

• As a former Restaurant Manager of Greenwich – Fresh n’ Famous Foods Inc., she defined store sales targets, facilitated sales and marketing orientation, led the team’s OKR/SWOT analysis and the building of store brand awareness, evaluated customer satisfaction survey and conducted self-audit to diagnose areas for improvement, and prepared store operations budget.

• As a former Retail Operations Supervisor of All Food Asia Inc. – Alfa Chef’s Corner, she stayed ahead of the operations through store visits, audited and evaluated store practices against company standards, executed promotional and sales activities, assisted in conducting market surveys and feasibility studies for business development, spearheaded attainment of sales and profit targets for the stores, and managed and overseen 8-10 stores in the trade area.

• As a former Operations Manager of Padova Fine Technologies Inc., she established the company business plan through competitor evaluation, sales analysis, and marketing, tracked the financial performance of the business, managed food costs, labor budget, and related expenses, ensured smooth and efficient operations, managed restaurant operations, and assisted COO and Business Development Manager with business management.

• She is currently taking up the CFE (Certified Franchise Executive) Program at the Asian Institute of Management
