Josiah Go is the Chairman and Chief Innovation Strategist of Mansmith and Fielders, Inc., and Chairman of Waters Philippines (the market leader in the direct selling of premium home water purifiers in the Philippines). He is Chairman / Vice Chairman / Director of over a dozen companies.
Known as one of the Philippines’ most respected marketing gurus, he is the most awarded business educator of the Philippines having been recognized as one of the Agora Awardees in 1994, one of the Ten Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) of the Philippines in 2001, one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) of the World in 2002 (the 1st and only Filipino in Business Education given by World JCI in a competition of over 1,000 TOYMs), and one of only two Lifetime Achievement Awardees by the Association of Marketing Educators (2007), the youngest marketing educator to be bestowed this honor. He was also given the Brand Leadership Award during the World Brand Congress in India (2009). His accomplishments was recognized by the international community where he has been included in the 10th edition of the International Who’s Who of Intellectuals (England).
He is also the first Filipino to have completed the Blue Ocean Strategy qualification process in Blue Ocean Institute in INSEAD, France and is the first in Southeast Asia to have taught this as a 3-unit, full semester course in a university. He specializes in the fusion of marketing and innovation using the lenses of data-driven entrepreneurship and teaches advanced marketing subjects like Market-Driving Strategies, Business Model Innovation, 5 Skills of Master Strategists, Marketing Innovation, Mastering Innovation and Defense Strategy. He has given talks and facilitated over 1,000 marketing seminars in the Philippines and internationally to teams in diverse industries, in different situations and contexts.
A thought leader with 18 bestselling and recordbreaking marketing and entrepreneurship books, Josiah has taught at the De La Salle and Ateneo Universities. He is an Executive Scholar of the Kellogg Business School (in Marketing and Sales Management) as well as the MIT Sloan (in Strategy and Innovation). He also took advance marketing programs at Harvard, Wharton and at the London Business School.
His industry affiliations include being National President of the Philippine Marketing Association (1991), Chairman of the Direct Selling Association of the Philippines (2002), National President of the Association of Marketing Educators (2004-2005).
He continues to be involved in various advocacies aimed at youth empowerment and entrepreneurship namely, the Young Market Masters Awards (YMMA), Mansmith Innovation Awards, Day 8 Business Academy for SMEs, and the MarkProf Foundation.

Rowen Paul Untivero is a Partner and Chief Sales Strategist of Mansmith and Fielders, Inc. He is a veteran of Training, Coaching and Consulting for a quarter of a century and with almost 3 decades of successful sales, buying and negotiation practice, injector of science in the fields of selling, negotiation, sales management, business-to-business marketing as well as management in general via his original framework, processes and tools. He has contributed much science to business as the pioneering developer of the world’s first mathematics of negotiation, the strategic nego-mapping methodology, reading and projecting verbals and tones over the phone or to include body language when face to face, as well as systematic account development strategies, tools in a business-to-business setting, sales management framework, simplified problem solving, effective coordination, the 4 modes of management, conflict resolution, problem solving, effective coordination and smoothen communication in organizations and many more. He provides a 360-degree and multi-dimensional set of perspectives from that of the CEO, middle management, down to that of the front-liner and staff member and has had exposure in almost every industry.
He graduated Cum Laude at the University of the Philippines, Diliman, with a bachelor’s degree in BS Economics, a pinned member of two prestigious international honor societies: Phi Kappa Phi International Honor Society and Pi Gamma Mu International Honor Society for Social Sciences; supplemented by MBA studies in De La Salle University, an Executive Education Program on Strategic Business Leadership from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business-Illinois, USA, and the attendance to numerous seminars and conferences in sales, marketing, management, and leadership.
Rowen is a valuable combination of being a training master, a seasoned and successful practitioner of marketing, sales and general management, an educator, a co-author, a columnist and a consultant. As a Senior Consultant and Partner in Mansmith & Fielders, Inc. apart from public seminars he has conducted, he has also been engaged in various training and consulting programs, for diverse clientele.
He was Country Manager for Alcatel Mobile Phones, before moving to entrepreneurship. He is currently the Founding Director of DigiPost Marketing Inc., a narrowcasting media pioneer dealing with digital display advertising, the President of Privilege Z!, and also the Chairman & CEO of Connecting Mavens, the business development arm of the Mansmith Group.
As an educator, he has taught marketing and sales subjects in Ateneo de Manila University and St. Scholastica’s College. He has been sought as speaker for numerous conventions and conferences of varied industries as well as the academe.
Rowen has also been director of the boards of the Advertising Board of the Philippines (ADBOARD) and Philippine Association of National Advertisers (PANA). He also became a trustee for the PANA Foundation. He was also twice Vice President of the Philippine Marketing.

Partner and Chief Channel Marketing Strategist
Emilio “Bong” Macasaet III is the Partner and Chief Channel Marketing Strategist of Mansmith and Fielders, Inc. He is the author of the best-selling, Distributor Management: Winning Tools in Managing Distributors as Partners, the first ever book on distributor management in the Philippine Market, 6 Steps To Effective Key Account Management, and the newly launched book, Fundamentals of Trade Marketing.
He brings with him very extensive and intensive corporate experiences gained from both local and multinational companies like Gillette, Nestle, L'Oreal, Metrolab and RFM Corporation where he was Vice President of Sales & Distribution division. He conducts various sales seminars, consulting, and training programs in most parts of Asia-Pacific and Middle East.
He obtained his MBA from Ateneo De Manila University and took his Doctor in Business Administration at De La Salle Graduate School of Business where he was a former MBA professor in Distribution Management. Bong also attended an executive program on Marketing Channels at Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Chicago; and other special programs at Singapore Institute of Management (SIM), Singapore, and Burke Institute, USA. He partly writes a column in Business World newspaper and is currently a professor in marketing management at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business (AGSB).

Malu Dy Buncio is the Chief Business Development Strategist of Mansmith and Fielders, Inc. For almost twenty years, she has worked for Avon worldwide at all levels to develop the company’s performance and leadership. She served as the Executive Director for Regional and Business Development for Asia Pacific under Avon Products – Asia Pacific Regional Office where she successfully opened Avon Vietnam. She was the General Manager of Avon Cosmetics, Inc. (Philippines.) when the company has received two Chairman’s Awards for exemplary business performance and the Best Employers of the Philippines Award from The Asian Wall Street Journal in partnership with Hewitt Associates and the Far Eastern Monitor.
She successfully managed Avon Indonesia as the President Director, despite the worst political and economic crisis in Indonesia where she received the Chairman’s Pathfinder Award for ‘managing thru Political Crises’ in 1998.
When she was a Business Development Manager at Avon Pacific, Inc (Regional office) and Avon Products Mfg., Inc (Philippines), she established and coached distributorships in Singapore, Brunei, Fiji, Nauru, Papua New Guinea. She also pioneered Playtex Intimate Apparel for Avon.
Malu has been a management and business consultant for some of the biggest and looked upon corporations in the country for quite sometime now. These corporations include The First Commercial Bank, Insular life, Swedish Match Corporation, the media giant ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation, and also, Filinvest Properties Inc.
Malu completed basic course in Interior Design at the Philippine School of Interior Design. Her educational background includes a Business Management Program at Asian Institute of Management. She graduated with Bachelor of Arts Degree Majoring in Communication Arts at Assumption College where her thesis was bestowed with the Marie Eugenie Award.
All through her career, she received awards and citations for her outstanding management which include the 1999 Pathfinder Award for Unleashing Beauty from the Chairman of the Board, Avon Products Inc. In the same year, she received the Asia Pacific Agora Award for Marketing Excellence by Philippine Marketing Association. And back in 1995 she was a Chairman’s Leadership Awardee cited by the Chairman of the Board, Avon Products Inc.

Donald Lim is the Chief Digital Marketing Strategist of Mansmith and Fielders, Inc. He is currently the Chief Innovation Officer of Udenna Corporation and Chief Operating Officer of DITO CME. Previously, he was the CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network, former Chief Digital Officer of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation and former Managing Director of MRM Worldwide Manila (the digital marketing arm of Mc Cann Ericson Advertising Group). Prior to that, he was the CEO of Yehey Corporation, the Philippine’s no.1 search engine and Internet portal, where he took the helm of a bleeding company and turned it around by reverse engineering the business model and transforming the company into a digital marketing holding company that is now dominating its market niche. He was also President and CEO of Media Contacts Manila, a joint venture company between Yehey Corporation and Europe’s largest interactive conglomerate Havas Digital.
Before Yehey, Donald used to be the Vice President of Marketing of the Philippine Daily Inquirer where he started as a division head and manager of classifieds, moving up to become assistant vice president, and eventually vice president, all in a span of three years, after doubling the revenues of the Classifieds department, launching new Inquirer products, and pioneering award winning marketing projects and promotions.
Donald is a product of the management program of the Ateneo de Manila University, and finished his MBA with distinction from Murdoch University. He has finished his dissertation in mass media for his DBA program with the University of Phoenix. Apart from these, Donald also has a diploma in Interior Decorating, a Diploma in Executive Management, and a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Finally, Donald has finished Pelmanism from the Pelman Institute in Sydney, Australia.
He is one of the youngest to serve as President of the Philippine Marketing Association, the biggest gathering of marketing professionals in the Philippines. He is also the founding president of the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines.
He is the first awardee of the Agora Award for Marketing Communications by the Philippine Marketing Association.
Most recently, he became one of the Ten Outstanding Young Men of the Philippines for 2015.

Albet Buddahim is the Chief Marketing Capability Strategist of Mansmith and Fielders, Inc. Albet Buddahim has over 16 years of experience of Sales and Marketing in the Digital Age from Multi-National Company Agencies and Brands.

Previously, he was the Chief Marketing Officer of L’OREAL (Media, CRM, Digital, Data, DPO, JBP’s, Upskilling/Competency-building, etc.); the Chief Digital Officer of IPG Mediabrands Chief (Universal McCann, Ansible, Cadreon, Reprise, Society, Initiative, etc.); the Digital & Business Transformation Head of AVON Philippines (Launched e-Commerce in 4 Digital Platforms (Website, Mobile App, Social media and via a 3rd party site (Zalora)) with a 3-years Transformation RoadMap); the Digital Director of ZenithOptimedia Philippines (18 Nestle Brands, L’Oreal, Ayala group, Sanofi, BPI, Nissan, etc.); the Digital Marketing Manager of P&G Philippines (Pringles, Pampers, Whisper, OLAY, H&S, Pantene, Tide, MBCI, etc.) and later on the Digital Business Platform Leader of P&G Asia (Envision FoDM, Enable Countries, Engage Stakeholders, Execute); and the Head of Sales & Marketing Solutions for YEHEY!
