September will be a busy month for the Philippine franchise industry as the Franchise Asia Philippines (FAPHL) will be holding the biggest Virtual Franchise Conference on September 21 to 23, two weeks after the coveted Virtual Franchise Expo. Guided by the theme “Igniting Recovery: The Future of Franchising”, the Conference will bring together over 30+ outstanding speakers and feature compelling learning sessions on the recovery and the future of the business and franchising sectors.

From Tuesday to Thursday, the Conference will be filled with over 20 learning sessions from keynote presentations and plenary sessions to franchise panel sessions and concurrent C-suite forum sessions.
The keynote speakers are Hon. Ramon M. Lopez, Secretary of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) on the first day and Hon. Berna Romulo-Puyat, Secretary of the Department of Tourism (DOT) on the last day.

A franchise panel session on “Resiliency in Times of Disruption” will be led by a panel of franchisors from Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Meanwhile, another session on “Getting Ready for the Future: Insights and Aspirations” will be led by a panel of franchisees of Jollibee, Chowking, Mang Inasal, 7-Eleven, and Nails Dot Glow.
The first round of concurrent C-suite forum sessions will have five track sessions on leadership, finance, general operations, human resources, and supply chain. The second round will feature track sessions on international, franchise, marketing, digital, and retail. Finally, the third round will also have five track sessions on general operations, marketing, franchisee, human resources, and supply chain.
