The meat is marinated for three days and slowly-cooked for hours to achieve that distinctive, smokey taste.


Despite the hours of cooking and preparation involved to make their signature dishes, La Parillada simplifies the process to serve their barbecue meals to their customers quickly. All the hard work of slow cooking is done in their commissary, and all of their meals can be easily assembled and served on-site. Their streamlined menu focuses only on their barbecue and other dishes that feature their core products for efficient kitchen operations.


After setting up their first outlet in SM Megamall in October 2021, La Parillada’s Southern-style barbecue made waves among meat lovers. Their bestsellers include their barbecue pork belly, beef brisket, Cajun barbecue chicken and other delectable meals at value-for-money prices. They currently have branches in SM North, SM Fairview and SM Pampanga, with more to open soon.
