JAAM House of Sushi: Satisfying your Japanese Food Cravings

Fresh, great-tasting sushi without breaking the bank? Husband and wife team, Javerne and Princess Pasahol, started their endeavor in 2019, serving fresh, superior-quality sushi and sashimi on-the-go. It all began after their viral post on Facebook where they offered made-to-order sashimi to-go, complete with soy sauce, wasabi, and chopsticks, all perfect for sashimi cravings anytime, anywhere. 

Once it took off, word of mouth grew and eventually they also started offering freshly-made sushi. Their sushi and sashimi hit peak demand, thanks to the fresh quality premium cuts of the fish that they use. Prior to offering delivery and take-out orders, the couple, aficionados of Japanese cuisine, took up courses on maki and sushi-making. They also operate JAAM Seafoods Trading, a direct supplier of seafood, which enables them to secure fresh and premium-grade sushi and sashimi at very competitive prices. 

Later on, the couple opened JAAM House of Sushi and expanded their menu to become an all-around, homegrown Japanese restaurant offering hearty, reasonably-priced meals, from sushi to ramen and more. Today, JAAM House of Sushi has opened several branches in the metro.
